A: You are manufacturer?
B: Yes, we are candles manufacturer & Exporter, we can custom made candle with your design, logo, packaging, label & decal, and so on.

A: How can i contact you?
B: Pls send your designs and detail infomation to our email( sales@candlesmanufacturer.com )

A: How to ship my order?
B: We are a professional exporter, when large qty & volume, we will ship it by sea, when less qty, can by air or express.

A: How long time i can get my candles??
B: In general, production time is about 20days, if ship by sea, shipping time will be about 15-30 days, if by air, will be about 7 days, and if by express, need about 4-7 days.
5.
A: Can i do a sample to confirm quality before production?
B: Of course, we are happy to do sample to avoid mistakes. But our company will need cuatomer to pay proofing sample cost.

A: Can i choose wax color and fragrance?
B: Yes, pls tell us your requirements. =)

A: What is the packaging of candle??
B: Paper box, PVC/PP/PET plastic box, Jar, glass cup, etc.. according to your need.
